At the retreat you will learn body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana). There will be lectures on stress management, Diet and Lifestyle and yoga. You will also learn different yoga tips for stress free office work.
We will also introduce the Detox Yoga (Shatkarma) – the techniques of nasal Cleansing (Neti), Stomach Cleansing (Kunjal) and intestinal cleansing (Lagoo Shankhaprakshalana).
